Senses is the latest restaurant of David, founded with Chef Nadia Michaud, and serving beautiful simple food from regenerative food sources. Senses opened in the middle of the covid-19 pandemic as a private caterer. The restaurant is partnered with Regenerative Futures, an initiative of the World Frontiers Forum and Irregular Labs, founded by Molly Logan, with a special focus on the connections between regenerative agriculture and the creation of a sustainable tomorrow.
